🎯 How Parasites Sneak In (And How to Show Them the Exit!)

Did you know parasites have more sneaky entrances than a teenager past curfew?🕵️‍♂️

Here’s how these microscopic freeloaders make their way in:

🦠 Fecal-to-oral transmission: Yep, gross. Eggs or larvae passed in feces/urine get ingested. Handwashing matters!

🌊 Transdermal transmission: Walking barefoot outside or swimming in recreational water? Parasites can burrow right through your skin.

🦟 Vector-borne transmission: Think mosquito, tick, flea and fly bites. Even mites and lice can play delivery service.

🥩 Predator-prey transmission: When one animal eats another, parasites carry over. (Yes, this includes us eating meat, too.)

🌬️ And once inside? Some parasites can spread via blood, sex, stool, urine—even the air.🤯

But don’t worry—we’re not powerless. Here’s how to kick them out before they move in:

✔️ Do a parasite cleanse regularly. Your immune system will thank you.

✔️ Upgrade your water filter—make sure it specifically removes parasites & cysts.

✔️ Watch for weird rashes or bug bites after outdoor activities or swims.

✔️ Limit meat (especially undercooked). Larvae can survive high heat!

✔️ Wash your produce like a boss—microscopic eggs love to hitch a ride (especially on organic!). 🥬🧼
