For those contemplating cleansing.... you start with beginnger dosing. Listen to your body & gradually increase to intermediate and then advanced dosing. I recommend staying at advanced dosing until the protocol is complete if you have minimal die-off symptoms.
It can be a lot of capsules to take in a sitting for sure but it's so worth it! Once you see all of the crazy critters exiting your various orifices and you start to feel better, it will be one of the most crazy, validating and beneficial things you'll ever do for your health.
