Produce is a common way people can contract parasites. The eggs are microscopic and don't always get washed off, and some parasites are microscopic as well.
Organic produce is more likely to have parasitic contamination since pesticides aren't used to grow them, and manure is used as a fertilizer by many organic farmers which is also a common source of contamination.
The triple washed distinction isn't good enough because most farms don't use filtered water to wash/water their produce, and it's not required to use filtered water to have the organic distinction either. Tap water is another known source of parasites - many water filters out there will specifically state that they remove parasites, cysts and worms.
Don't let this scare you from buying organic produce - you want to buy organic because it's better for you, more nutrient dense and doesn't contain carcinogens. I wash my produce in filtered water and then soak it in a fruit spray that will help remove any leftover pathogens/toxins.
