Parasites cause potty struggles

I have so many clients with chronic potty struggles. That includes:

đŸ’©Â General stomach upset

đŸ’©Â Diarrhea

đŸ’©Â Constipation

đŸ’©Â Alternating between diarrhea & constipation

đŸ’©Â IBS

đŸ’©Â Rectal itching

đŸ’©Â Bloating

đŸ’©Â Bloody stools

đŸ’©Â Greasy, floating stools

Stool is a primary way we eliminate pathogens/toxins, so if we're having dysfunction there, it's no wonder that we aren't feeling our best.

Parasites can be linked to virtually every type of chronic potty struggle. Here's why:

âžĄïžÂ They cause constipation because they release neurotoxins that slow down the bowels so they don't get pushed out.

âžĄïžÂ They can also physically block your bile duct or the valve between the large and small intestine, slowing down digestion. When these values/ducts aren't functioning properly, food isn't broken down properly. The undigested food particles feed the bacteria and yeast in the small intestine, causing an overgrowth. This causes the formation of SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), candida and leaky gut.

âžĄïžÂ Parasites can inflame your digestive tract and lead to increased intestinal permeability (leaky gut). This increases your risk of food sensitivities and allergies.

âžĄïžÂ Parasites can also upset the balance of microbes in your gut, which could trigger loose stools as well.

All of these issues foster nutrient deficiencies and create a breeding ground for pathogens. Bottom line - you have to be moving your bowels, ideally after every meal. If you aren't, let's chat to see how detox, diet and lifestyle changes can help!
