Weird signs you may have nutrient deficiences

"MORE THAN 2 BILLION PEOPLE in the world today are estimated to be deficient in key vitamins & minerals (WHO).


According to a US national survey, 94.3% of the US population do not meet the daily requirement for vitamin D, 88.5% for vitamin E, 52.2% for magnesium, 44.1% for calcium, 43.0% for vitamin A, and 38.9% for vitamin C! Iron deficiency affects more than 25% of people worldwide.


🌱Plus, studies show that up to 80–90% of vegetarians & vegans may be deficient in vitamin B12 (PMID: 24667752, PMID: 23356638). &, more than 20% of older adults may also be deficient in this vitamin since absorption decreases with age (PMID: 15289425).


Nutrient deficiencies can have MAJOR consequences for your health, culminating in chronic illnesses, symptoms, & diseases. Vitamin deficiencies, such as those in Vitamins A, D, B12, & C, can lead to a range of issues from weakened !mmunity to neurological problems! Poor intake & absorption of minerals can lead to anemia, thyroid disorders, & more!⚖️


Plus, infections and toxicities may impact a person more severely if they are nutrient deficient! For example, Vitamin B6 & C deficiencies are associated with poor tolerance of heavy metals and easier toxicity! A 2018 study also stated thart a “vitamin D deficiency leads to dysbiosis of gut microbiome” (PMID: 30181757).


⭐Some of the TOP problems I see in deficiencies are MALABSORPTION, LOW STOMACH ACID, POOR LIVER/GALLBLADDER HEALTH, & INFECTIONS! Addressing these issues can help you replenish your body with the nutrients it NEEDS!⭐


These deficiencies manifest GRADUALLY & SLOWLY, with symptoms worsening over time & potentially increasing the risk of more severe health conditions! Preventing nutrient deficiencies requires maintaining a BALANCED DIET rich in diverse nutrients, SUPPLEMENTED when necessary, & regular CHECK UPS to address any underlying deficiencies before they escalate into chronic illness!"
