  • Benefits of coffee enemas

Coffee enemas are a great way to eliminate toxins from the colon, break down mucoid plaque and encourage healthy bowel movements. They also stimulate your liver to make more glutathione, which is a master antioxidant. Green coffee bean can increase glutathione production in the liver by 600% and by 700% in the small intestine. Enemas are the most powerful way to obtain these results because the nutrients aren't competing with enzymes from the digestive tract for absorption. Enemas are a great way to minimize potential die-off side effects from a parasite cleanse, as well as support the effective elimination of pathogens. Other benefits include increased energy, weight loss and increased mental clarity. Make sure you use organic, mycotoxin free coffee and a stainless steel bucket. If you've already incorporated enemas into your wellness routine, let me know in the comments below! #coffeeenema #enemas #parasitecleanse #naturalcleanse #parasitedetox #detoxparasites #cleanseparasites #naturalenergyboost #enemas #coloncleanse #bowelmovement #healthycolon #mycotoxins #naturalhealingremedies #naturalweightloss #increasedenergy

  • Common symptoms of parasitic infection

Many people associate symptoms of parasitic infection with digestive issues, nutrient deficiencies, emaciation and feeling hungry all the time. Because there are a wide variety of parasites that can manifest all throughout the body and cause dysfunction, symptoms are actually wide-ranging. Parasites can cause arthritis, anxiety, insomnia, headaches, skin conditions, thyroid dysfunction, food sensitivities, muscle/joint pain, seizures and a weakened immune system. They can also cause gas, bloating, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea or alternating between the two. And that's a short list. Curious if your symptoms could stem from parasitic infection? • Chemtrails in Virginia Beach

Holy chemtrails Virginia Beach! Everyone ok out there?! Such a good example of why detox is SO important... our kidneys and liver are overburdened from the toxins in our food, water AND air. Our bodies were not created to detox the level of toxicity we are exposed to these days. You can eat super clean and have a non-toxic household but alas... thanks to chemtrails, the air is still ridden with chemical particulates that include radioisotopes and heavy metals like aluminum, arsenic and mercury. The particulates are nano-sized, making it easier to take in through your skin, mouth and nose. Want to detox in 2024? Shoot me a DM. #chemtrails #detoxyourbody #naturaldetox #chemtrailawareness #chemtrailspraying #chemtrailsoverthecountryclub #toxicair #toxinsinair #toxinseverywhere #detoxheavymetals #heavymetaldetox

  • Dopamine & Parasites

Dopamine is our pleasure & reward neurotransmitter.  It provides us with those feelings of enjoyment and exhilaration. It also slows down the intestines. Parasites tend to raise dopamine levels. That rise in dopamine tends to calm the immune system so that the parasites are less likely to be perceived as a threat, allowing them to infiltrate the cells and travel undetected, which includes crossing the blood-brain barrier where they're likely safe from the immune system. This rise in dopamine also delays stomach emptying.  By slowing the gut, that means parasites are less likely to get pushed out through stool.  Parasites also need dopamine to reproduce. Although dopamine is needed to be healthy, too much can cause serious issues.  Symptoms of excess dopamine include anxiety, aggression, agitation, depression, constipation, hyperactivity, increased stress, insomnia and even bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. If any of this sounds like you, let's chat to see if parasite cleansing may make sense. • Serotonin & parasites

Serotonin is our "feel-good" neurotransmitter. It helps people feel happy & reduces anxiety. It also helps control appetite, regulate sleep, promote good intestinal flow, and aids in learning and memory. The body produces 90% of this neurotransmitter in the gut. Parasites have serotonin receptors just like we do. In parasites, serotonin does the following: -Enhances their ability to eat -Helps the reproduce & spread within the body -Stimulates their muscles so they can move around more -Helps them to communicate -Aids in biofilm formation (the mucusy lair they encase themselves in to avoid detection from the immune system) Parasites have the ability to hijack our serotonin. When the body senses a serotonin deficit, it signals the brain to eat more so that it can create more of that neurotransmitter. Parasites also love sugar and need it to thrive, which causes cravings for sugar and carbs. When the body senses parasites, it will release a quick burst of serotonin to speed up gut motility to push them out as quickly as possible. This is another reason why parasites inhibit serotonin... in efforts to slow down the gut, minimizing their chances of getting excreted. Our bodies naturally produce more serotonin around the full moon, which means parasites are usually more active around this time and can cause more harm. If you parasite cleanse, parasites will try to use up as much serotonin as possible in efforts to survive, which will increase those symptoms related to low serotonin. These are the most frequent symptoms of a serotonin deficit: Anxiety Depression Anger Aggression Extreme cravings for sugar & carbs Low self esteem Panic attacks Pessimism Increased pain Insomnia If you want to learn more about parasite cleansing, click https://www.shelleybholisticnutrition.com/parasitecleanseinfo. #serotonin #serotoninboost #serotoninbooster #healanxiety #improvemood #parasitecleanse

  • GABA & parasites

GABA, or gamma-aminobutyric acid, is our calming neurotransmitter.  It relaxes the mind and reduces anxiety while promoting good digestion, gut motility and reduces brain inflammation. While GABA is calming to us, if it attaches to a parasite's GABA receptor, it can paralyze them... so parasites release chemicals to prevent it from attaching. Parasites can also use GABA as a food source.  The parasite toxoplasma gondii uses GABA to increase their metabolism so that it can them damage certain receptors in the host's brain which could lead to seizures. A reduction in GABA will lead to a reduction in your gut motility, which means parasites are minimizing their chances of getting excreted via stool.  If you parasite cleanse, parasites can attack your GABA receptors. Symptoms of low GABA include anxiety, depression, anger, addictive behaviors, ADD, ADHD, headaches, insomnia, inflammation, chronic pain, lack of empathy, panic attacks and low stomach acid. If any of these sound like you, let's chat to see if parasite cleansing makes sense. • Acetylcholine & Parasites

Acetylcholine is the main neurotransmitter of the parasympathetic nervous system.  It increases gut motility, slows the heart rate, relaxes blood vessels, and aids in many brain functions like memory and learning. Parasites have the ability to break down acetylcholine and use it as food because they are dependent on this neurotransmitter for nourishment. This prevents stimulation of the immune system to get rid of them.  It also slows down the bowels so parasites are less likely to get pushed out.  It makes it easier for parasites to build up biofilms. When acetylcholine is inhibited, blood becomes thinner which makes it easier for blood-feeding parasites to sustain themselves. Symptoms of low acetylcholine include brain fog, increased inflammation especially in the gut, less REM sleep, muscle weakness, feeling drained or moody, learning and memory issues. • Insomnia can stem from EMF's

Insomnia sucks, and those who have been there are usually desperate for relief. The instinct for most is to hop on board with the latest supplement or even medication that promotes sleep... some work, some don't. But a sleep hack most don't often consider that's completely free without side effects is addressing EMF's. I've had so many clients resolve their insomnia by unplugging their WIFI at night, putting their phone on airplane mode and sleeping with it several feet away. If you struggle with insomnia, you've gotta give it a try. Great vid Dr. Anthony Youn! #imsomniahacks #insomniaproblems #getsomesleep #goodsleep #goodnightssleep #sleepbetter #cantsleep #sleepproblems #insomniagotmelike #insomniaprobs #EMFradiation #EMFprotection
